Each built around real case studies and Jo Gibson's 30 years of specialist practice.
Part 1 - What's new, and what does it mean for our treatment?
Cutting-edge evidence on shoulder pain management — what's changed, what it means clinically, and how to apply it with real case studies.

Part 2 - Thoracic outlet syndrome: Is it or isn't it?
A confident diagnostic framework for neurogenic TOS — including differential diagnosis and where to start with treatment.
Part 3 - Shoulder instability: Is it any different?
Traumatic vs atraumatic instability, persistent apprehension, and the patient who keeps subluxing despite good rehab.

Part 4 - When things don't go according to plan — what next?
Why patients plateau, why treatment fails, and a problem-solving framework for getting them back on track.
